Open Houses for Sunday March 7
There's a lot more activity than last weekend. (Maybe the Olympics really did have an effect on our market!) We continue to see many more buyers out and looking. I've been out every day these last several weeks. In our office we are seeing really terrific deal flow, our appointments are up dramatically and there's an energy we in the market we haven't seen in a while. So this is good news for sellers - the market is picking up.
