   The First half of 2010 has been a roller coaster for many people involved in the real estate market.  Despite tax incentives, historically low interest rates and inventories of great homes, the market on the North Shore still behaves in a depressed manner. There is intense price pressure on Sellers; Buyers cannot understand why prices appear to be "so high". Inventories are growing and Days and many Sellers are opting to rent their homes to alleviate the overhead associated with maintaining a home.  We have been fortunate to work with both Sellers and Buyers who "get it" and seek a good deal for all involved.
